Marlie integrates with any Jobber plan that includes API access — Connect, Grow, and Plus. The integration uses Jobber's official OAuth and GraphQL API, so there's no scraping or account-sharing.

What's the difference between Request and Job-with-Visit booking?

Request mode creates a Jobber Request (a lead) so your dispatcher can review and schedule it manually. Job-with-Visit mode creates a scheduled Job with an actual Visit on a tech's calendar — best for clients with an existing service property in Jobber. Most accounts start in Request mode and switch to Job-with-Visit once they're confident in the AI.

Will Marlie match returning customers to existing Jobber Clients?

Yes. Inbound callers are matched against your existing Jobber Clients by phone number and email before any new record is created — so service history, notes, and property details carry forward instead of fragmenting across duplicate records.

How does Marlie know when a tech is available?

Marlie reads your bookable Jobber Users and their existing Visits live, then applies your dashboard's business hours, minimum lead time, and booking window to compute real availability. Slots that would double-book a tech or fall outside your hours are never offered to the caller.

Can Marlie cancel or reschedule existing Jobber bookings?

Reschedule is supported — Marlie updates the underlying Jobber Visit when callers ask to move a time. Cancel is intentionally non-mutating today: in Request mode the caller hears that the dispatcher will remove the lead; in Job-with-Visit mode Marlie tells them to confirm with the dispatcher rather than risk leaving a Visit on the calendar after a tech has been assigned. We're verifying the official archive mutation in Jobber's API before automating cancel end-to-end.
