AI Voice System

Inbound calls to our service may be answered by an AI system using a licensed synthetic voice. This AI voice is professionally licensed and is not an impersonation of any public official or private individual.

Call Recording and Retention

  • Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
  • Call recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are automatically deleted thereafter.
  • You may request immediate deletion of your call recordings at any time by contacting us.
  • Call recordings are never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for unauthorized purposes.
  • Access to recordings is restricted to authorized personnel only and all access is logged and audited.

Biometric and Voiceprint Data

New York City and State Compliance Notice

We recognize that voice recordings may constitute biometric identifier information under New York City Local Law 3 (2021) and New York State laws. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable biometric data protection requirements.

7. Tracking Tools, Advertising and Opt-Out

The Services use cookies and similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and JavaScript (collectively, "Cookies") to enable our servers to recognize your web browser, tell us how and when you visit and use our Services, analyze trends, and operate and improve our Services. Marlie AI integrates with Google Workspace APIs and Photos APIs to provide certain features and functionality. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we commit to the following:

  • We do not use, transfer, or sell user data from Google Workspace APIs or Photos APIs to create, train, or improve foundational machine learning or artificial intelligence models beyond user-specific personalized models for appropriate use cases or user-facing features.

  • We do not use raw data obtained from Google APIs or any data aggregated, anonymized, or derived from such data for generalized AI/ML model training.

  • Any AI/ML processing of Google API data is limited to personalized models specific to individual users for providing direct service functionality.

  • We only use Google API data to provide and improve user-facing features directly related to the functionality for which the user granted access.

This restriction applies in accordance with the Limited Use requirements of the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy and the Limited Use requirements of the Photos API User Data and Developer Policy.
