Marlie does not take card data on the call. Instead, it captures gift intent and either sends a personalized donation link or books a callback with a development officer.

How are existing donors identified?

Marlie matches callers to existing NeonCRM Constituents by phone and email and personalizes the conversation — including flagging major or recurring donors for routing.

Will Marlie create duplicate Constituents?

No. Marlie matches against existing records first and only creates a new Constituent when no match is found. Returning callers update the existing record.

Are call recordings stored in NeonCRM?

Transcripts and summaries are written as activities on the Constituent. Full recordings stay in Marlie and are linked from the activity for review.

Can Marlie register people for events?

Yes. Marlie can capture event RSVPs and post them as activities or registrations on the Constituent record so your event team has clean rosters.
